Now that your 5 day Trading Code Challenge is coming to an end it’s time to talk about longevity.

In the last training we gave you a blueprint on how to get a better edge in the markets by mastering a entry hack but that doesn’t mean you will win every trade.

After all trading is 80% emotional phycology and 20% skills. You can have all the hacks and tricks in the world but applying it in a clear non emotional state is another thing.

With that being said, in this one we’ll talk about a few key things that can help you stay in the game. You will not be perfect all the time but if you find a way to stay in the game and follow the rules, you can win over time.

The first one is, take breaks after big wins or big loses to reset you emotions.
You do that so you don’t fall into the trap of over trading. Step away from the chart and reset your mind so your account can live to trade another day.

The second one is, use alerts for your (support an resistance) areas.
Use Trading View to set alerts and find out when the chart is in your desired area.

That way you put time into other things and still catch opportunities for long term trades. Besides, after you learn how to trade the less screen time you have the better off you are.

And the last but not least tip i’ll give you is, have a set amount that your willing to risk per trade.
Having a set amount that you risk based on your account size and trading style will allow you to stay in the game long enough to recoup losses.

This also gives you the room to have 10 losses in a row and still manage your emotions and like i said earlier your emotional phycology is 80% of the game. Without that you have nothing but random decisions and that will lead to losing big.
